New UK Management Team Appointed: Liz Fairley & Jonnie Horner
Pure has been undergoing a recent restructuring, with Tamsin Evans, our founder and Director, moving to New York with her family to begin a new chapter of her life, as well as looking to establish Pure’s work Stateside. Despite the move, Pure are more committed than ever to our UK work, and with that in mind have appointed a Head of Health & Operations in Liz Fairley, and a Head of Programmes Development in Jonnie Horner. We’re delighted to have both of them in their new roles, as well as a number of new team working and volunteering in various capacities. Volunteers Wanted!
We are always seeking volunteers with a heart for the vision of Pure to join our team as volunteers and gain experience that may enable them to get a job with us, or a similar organisation, in the future. You’ll also help loads of young people along the way!
We’re particularly looking for volunteers for the performance team and for mentors, both of whom would work primarily in schools on our one-off bookings or weekly courses. Another area of need is for operations, administration and media volunteers who would be more based in an office environment.
If you have experience in any of these areas and are passionate about seeing lives changed, then we want to hear from you!
Whether out in the schools or working in the office, giving up a few hours of your time each week can make a real difference to the lives of the young people Pure work with.
